I am a proud Veteran of the US Navy,....i served from 1988-1992. I was a Navy Corpsman that excelled in my training regimen. I was offered several "C" schools from which i chose Surgical Technician (i work with surgeons during surgery). I was part of the 1st Persian Gulf war and decorated as such. Although i wasnt on the front lines, i helped care for the severely injured military personell (of all ranks) in Field Medical Tents. Ive personally seen many fatalities, and helped save several lives. Im well trained in first aid, triage, and advanced surgical procedures (which i can perform on any injured Marines). I miss the military, and wish i was still part of it, but now i have a beautiful wife, 2 kids, and love the simple life. If matters arent resolved with world terrorists and situations arise that threaten my everyday living, or the well being of my family, then i may opt to re-enlist for the good of my country. But, im 35 years old now and may not fit into the military scheme anymore. My hats off to those VET members which were part of the military, and to those military Veterans who have served for their country as well...
