Hello All!
Im Silent Bob from the German VC Clan =[VFG]= ( Vietcong-Fan-Gang ).
At the moment i am trying to contact various gamers in the VC1 Community to bring them all togehter and create a Multiplayer Add On for VC1.
Please let me know if some of you are interested in doing such a project.

Vietcong is Slowly dieing. Thanks to {AIM, TKC, and a couple others.
I dont think a addon would help this Game. With all the Cheats out for it.

VC 1 is just idle for the time being,..no one is making new maps and they are on other projects...they will be back, they always come back to one of the greatest fps games to date...  |

Hi Chavez! There are some attempts to create new maps. Of course non of us has the skills you have especially in doing the coop modus. But all of us believe in VC and we are doing our best. Maybe you would like to join our team ( when we are able to present our first steps ) and/or give us tips to improve our mapping.... You know the pimpcong mod, but there are others who work on different projects. www.thefinalstrike.de.pn ( new weapon skins and sounds ) --> have a look...... and there are others. i try to contact them all to realise a multiplayer addon coop based if possible... the adequate title of this project should be: the band of brothers Story: complete walkthrough of the vietnam war Guys needed: everyone with good ideas is welcome. sounds like an awesome idea,..however im knee deep in current projects,..We (VET) would never give up on this game...and we would be willing to help in all aspects of this game where possible...
When things cool down we wont mind adding to the list of missions for this game,...BUT...We would add them to the addon with a VET logo in the map somewhere as we are devoted to the group i help found...
Excellent idea,..kinda late,...but better late than never right?

Here is a link to the Tour Coop Home page www.the-tour.net/Don Turtuma is the guy who made the "Tour Coop" and I have talked to him about adding it to Some of the older maps Like some of the UST2S, and the VET maps... Silent Bob Iam guessing you are making a coop addon?? Have you gave any thought to making it so when you have a dedicated server running VC that the Teamrespawn will work?? |

But i am in contact with some mappers who do very good maps. So in my thoughts i´d like to do the coordinating of this project and do the reaserch and the story thing with some others ( the addon should be realistic based on real things happened in Nam ). I played some TMG-Maps in TourCoop mode and i think Don Tortuma did a very great job there the only thing is that rejoining is still enabled. Maybe there is a solution for this but i dont know. So i am in contact with some guys who can create good maps but i dont think that they are experienced enough to add the tourcoop mode in there maps. But i am sure that some of you guys would do that for us and the whole VC1 community. In my opinion it should be possible to bring all guys together an create something big. best regards, Silent Bob PS: I will keep all of you informed when there are news regarding the project and still hope that some of you will join our team. now Ive played this game a bit and i love a man with good ideas,now what i am going to suggest may sound odd,it may be impossible to implement,but i ask you please,please,please.please.......
can we have a map of an airbase in your story....WHY you ask?
well i have never seen a jolly green giant,in a map yet and if any one can design/model/skin it,it would be aw some!
