Port forwarding is for inbound traffic. I can't think of a single reason why you would forward any of these ports unless you're running a game server that gamespy would want to query over one of these ports. Solar is correct,...only 3 ports are needed for VC1: 15425 TCP/UDP 5425 TCP/UDP 27900 TCP/UDP The rest are irrevalent...
