Hi,
i only have the question if its possible in vc2 to make own intros. I tried out with changing and copying. Do you know a way?
If i made i make a small tut ( which nobody reads ) and upload it or i just write it down here^^

hm, you know when you start the game the 2k logo is coming? I imagine that if you extract the cbf make an own vid call it the same like and copy it paste it overwrite it into the folder you'll see the video you have done. You can make it with music even with screens or small vids. But it doesnt work here. I try now to make it, that it would be installed. So in the disk.cbf where it is i extract, change vids and install game.
I am at that step now and i look at this today afternoon.

It doesnt work. At all Events in Demo version. I think in full it doesnt work, too. I will try out later. my two ways to go: I extracted the { vc2-media.cbf } in full version. There is ,, Logan '' and there is { 2KG.bik } file. I made my own video with some Screens some maps and a music. The video is 30 mb here. The { 2KG.bik } i think, 3 mb. My own video is an { WMV } file ( i think so ) so i have to convert to { Bik }. I did and called it { 2KG.bik }. This i copied into the ,, Logan '' folder and overwrote the original { 2KG.bik } and i packed this as ,, vc2-media '' in my game folder of vc2. Started vc2, anything works, but the programm didnt show any intro now. so... FUCK! Second way: I extracted the { Setup demo CBF }. Not the one which is installed, i thougt maybe the programm has to install this file. I did same like i did before but the installer said: Have a problem to install and i have to close. I think it is possible, even its possible make own background picture but its a lot of work. But for my own i'll do that all  |

Chavez, is there a installer i can make my changes for others ,, installing '' easy? Because my friend wants them too and i think he doesnt really want to extract and rebuild and ....

Like an .exe installer?
I'm not sure where to find programs of this nature...you may have to find someone with programming knowledge to make this for you...
