Hey all u bush monkey's!! I've noticed for the last 3 weeks that there has not really been anyone playing vietcong. Has vietcong finally died? Is everyone sick of it now and moved on to something else? Since they did such a shitty job on the vietcong 2 multiplayer mode I guess there needs to be some awesome new maps brought out or something for vietcong 1. See ya in the bush!!  If there's anyone left that is!! |

Dude as long as maps are being made this game will never be dead to me,...
It appears everyone is using the Fri, Sat, Sun methods now,....I wish i could play more but my schooling is occupying alot of my time...

this game still has the pulling power of any fps.its kicks bf2 for realism,beats the shit out of anything made post 1993.
yeah it ain't got flashy gfx,it ain't got big budget updates.
but its got the one thing games these days are missing...........its captures war at its ugliest!
it makes you think about every step you take,every corner you move around,and every player you play with.
this game has it all,and if it was dead people would not still be making maps and playing it 3 years down the line!

This Game Kicks BF2 HAHAHAHA are you stoned?  VC is a good game for its time but it has droped from 19 to 49 on server spy. I still play alittle VC but now my time goes to BF2 BF2142, Unreal 2k3 and 2k4, Castle Wolfenstein, Painkiller, Rainbow Six Vegas. Waiting on Halo2 and Unreal 2k7 |

Brody i also play bf2,but you missed the point completely...
the point i was making was that games like bf2,unreal etc..are run and gun.
just give you a cross hare and run had shoot the shit out of the AI or humans.
vc has the ability to make you think of what you are doing,not just follow a patten over and over.
and before you Say it I'm quite a good rank in bf2 and have played it since it was released and its predecessors too.

I guess most of the Games I play are Run and Gun... But Rainbow Six Vegas will make you think. They even have Coop for up to 4players... rainbowsixgame.us.ubi.com/But with VC now when you play... You have people who can kill you with a medic pack. Telport from Flag to Flag... Play as other team on Coop. God mode... And So much Other BS they have came out for VC..... |

Ive not played RV6 Vegas yet,but played RV6 to death on coop.
as for the cheating,i must agree it does spoil the game for serious players.
hope they sort it out on all servers,i know here at vet the guys password the servers to stop it.
i have not played on the server for ages and will hopefully play on them soon.
as long as there are good players around,there will be decent coop.
and silent bob be glad to pop over to auscong later and post some stuff.
