I downloaded an anti-cheat from http://www.thearchifamily.com:
This worked in addition to Hradba, but it stopped some cheats that Hradba does not. The two that I remember are:
1) Atomic Bomb hack or "mass grenades hack" 2) hacker takes control as server admin but only if someone has remotely logged in as admin
3) I think it stops some more, as well.
Anyway, my hard drive crashed and I need to download it again. But the above referenced site is Down For Maintenance.
Does anyone know where to download this MOST USEFUL anti-cheat for Vietcong I?
Thanks, forrest747 a.k.a. NASA

Hi Forrest747, I have VCGuard v2.0. I am not sure whether this is for public release or not as I have not spoken to Brchi (the developer) in a couple of months. If you would like it - add me to MSN: elppa_b@hotmail.com You can find most of the Anti-Cheat Software available for Vietcong on my Website: theliquidatorz.com/downloads/ . I will also add VCGuard v2.0 to that page after I find out whether it is for public release from Brchi. With regards to other Anti-Cheat Software, I recently approached the developers of Universal Anti-Cheat (UAC 2 - uac2.com/ ) to add support for Vietcong. They agreed and created a cheat definition file for Vietcong based on the cheats I sent to them (~34 cheats in total, I have all of the private ones on an old HDD but don't have access to it but will submit them when I do have access) I believe another party has since submitted more cheats. Basically it works by scanning the computer for known cheats and taking screenshots, and then automatically uploading those screenshots and logs after the match. You can see an article I wrote on UAC 2 Here: theliquidatorz.com/news/Regardz, AppleSinclair
