No-CD Patch and how to install...

Since i have reformatted over 3 times, i had to re-install Vietcong and FistaAlpha + 1.6 Patch. I have my No-CD icon, but i forgot how to install/utilize it. Anyone want to re-educate me on this?

afaik you simply replace the .exe.......thats the version of the nocd i have.
